What data do we collect?

• Contact form: name, e-mail, (optional) phone/company name and message.
• Technical: minimal server logs (IP, user agent) for security and error diagnostics.
• Analytics (optional): anonymous statistics. See “Cookies”.

Purposes & legal basis

• Contact & quotations – necessary for pre-contractual/contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security & error diagnostics – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Statistics – with consent only (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention periods

• Contact messages: max. 12 months, unless resulting in an assignment (then according to tax/contractual periods).
• Server logs: 90 days.

Recipients / processors

• Hostinger (EU hosting & e-mail) – web hosting, TLS, mail transport.
• Plausible Analytics – anonymous statistics (cookieless).
• Others: only if legally required or necessary for a service.

Data transfers outside the EEA

No transfers occur since Plausible is hosted in the EU and does not use cookies or personal data.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send your request to max@ospidoro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
